Sarah Wells

Sarah Wells is a senior associate editor at Physics Today. She writes about emerging research in the physical sciences and solicits and edits articles authored by experts in those fields. She has covered a range of topics in the physical sciences, including particle physics, astronomy, and cosmology.

Sarah has a master’s degree in science journalism from Boston University. Before joining Physics Today, she worked as an independent science journalist. She has written for publications including Nature, Popular Mechanics, and Science News Explores as well as for institutions like MIT and Stanford. Sarah has also written scripts for educational science videos, including for SciShow, PBS Space Time, and Tibees.
