Opinion: Does Michigan have a fair chance of winning the Rare Isotope Beams Facility?

The Detroit News : The U.S. Department of Energy is set to invest $550 million during the next decade to build the Facility for Rare Isotope Beams. The lab will aid in advanced nuclear science research. Michigan State University deserves a fair chance at winning the project.
