INCLUDED in this month’s mailing envelope as a special supplement to the December issue of Physics Today is the second and revised edition of the American Institute of Physics Style Manual. It is thus being distributed by the Institute to the entire list of those who regularly receive this journal to make certain that the Manual will have the most immediate and the widest possible circulation among physicists.
