France and the UK sign nuclear testing agreement

BBC : At a bilateral summit meeting in London, the leaders of Europe’s two nuclear powers, France and the UK, agreed today to cooperate more closely on defense. The agreement includes the establishment of two new research centers: one in the UK for developing nuclear testing technology and one in France for deploying the new technologies.
