JaxoDraw is a freely available Java program for drawing Feynman diagrams. Devised by Daniele Binosi and Lukas Theussl of the University of Valencia in Spain, JaxoDraw has a graphical user interface and the ability to export diagrams in several popular formats, including TeX and LaTeX.
