US India nuclear technology deal undermined by President Bush

WhirlView : The legislation that President Bush signed on the US India nuclear technology last week is not an agreement to trade nuclear technology. It waived the laws prohibiting trade with nations that have not signed the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty says WhirlView.
