US confident about North Korea disarmament, despite worrying signs

Associated Press : A mid-April deadline to begin North Korea’s disarmament process can still be met, a U.S. Embassy spokeswoman said Friday, despite the failure of nearly two weeks of talks to resolve a dispute over frozen Pyongyang funds.
