Wired : It’s the type of policy you’d come to expect from her husband. There’s something for everybody in Clinton’s new energy plan, but it’s toothless in the areas that truly matter. Outlawing incandescent light bulbs? Fine. Add 100,000 plug-in hybrid vehicles to the federal fleet? We’ll take them. Produce 60 billion gallons of “home-grown” biofuels by 2030? Won’t happen, even with fat-lap federal subsidies.
