APS 2008 Fellows Announced

DEC 15, 2008
Physics Today

225 New Fellows Elected

Every Fall, the APS Council votes to elect a new group of APS Fellows, numbering no more than ½ of 1% of Society membership. This is a distinct honor because the evaluation process, conducted by the Fellowship committees of individual divisions, topical groups and forums, relies on nomination and recommendation by one’s professional peers.
