Visiting Physicists

THIS fall the Visiting Scientists Program in Physics, sponsored jointly by the American Association of Physics Teachers and the American Institute of Physics with support from the National Science Foundation, will enter its third year with an expanded schedule calling for visits to the campuses of approximately 130 colleges and universities and about 300 high schools. An innovation in the 1959–60 program will be the participation of ten visiting scientists from abroad.
