The Origin of Cosmic Rays

A THEORETICAL MODEL designed to describe the motion of cosmic rays through our galaxy as “a random motion between scattering centers represented by moving magnetized clouds” has been offered in a recent paper a to clarify the conditions needing to be satisfied by any attempt to explain the origin of cosmic rays.
