Radio interferometer at Stanford undergoes tests

A high‐resolution radio interferometer built at the Stanford Radio Astronomy Institute is now undergoing final tests and calibration. Under development for four years, the array of five 60‐ft diameter dish antennas will permit observation of a large number of catalogued radio sources at wavelengths of 2.8 cm.
