BEGINNING with Volume IV (1961), The Physics of Fluids will appear on a monthly, instead of a bimonthly, basis. The journal, a publication of the AIP, will continue to be devoted to reporting the results of research on the structure, statistical mechanics, and general physics of gases, liquids, plasmas, and other fluids. As before, the journal will continue to offer papers on certain basic aspects of the physics of fluids of importance in geophysics, astrophysics, and related fields.
