Norway buries carbon-capture plan

SEP 23, 2013
Physics Today
BBC : In 2007 the government of Norway presented a plan to institute a full-scale carbon dioxide capturing program at the Mongstad oil refinery. The outgoing Labor government, after its defeat in the recent general election, has announced the cancellation of the plan.
