Physics Today

The Second Symposium on Plasticity will be held at Brown University, Providence, R. I., April 4–6, 1949, under the joint sponsorship of the Bureau of Ships and the Office of Naval Research. The two principal topics will be “Structural Applications of the Theory of Plasticity” and “Dynamic Problems of Plasticity.” For further information write to Professor P. S.
