Washington Post : Safeguarding America’s commercial and government computer networks from attack entails a mix of regulation, law, and technical countermeasures. It also entails balancing privacy and protection and securing international cooperation. The Washington Post‘s Ellen Nakashima reports that the Obama administration has yet to release a national cybersecurity plan, a year after the president proclaimed protecting computer networks a national priority.
