July, 1979, page 15—sentence should read: “Incidentally, I think some boycotts are both fair and effective, being aimed directly at their intended targets and causing enough distress to produce the desired result.” As printed the sentence did not contain the word “some.”
Page 59—added to the list of new members elected to the National Academy of Sciences in April is Yuan Tseh Lee. Lee is professor of chemistry at the University of California, Berkeley.
